Before the survey

  •  Since it is a digital survey, one must have access to a phone or a laptop with internet access to be able to fill the survey.
  •  This survey is only available in English and Spanish. So, one must know how to speak either English or Spanish in order to fil this survey
  •  You must have the receipt of your last payment to the HEB containing an invitation for the survey.
  • One must be 18 years or older.

Steps to take the survey

  1. Go to HEB’s official survey website.
  2. Choose the language you prefer by clicking on the red hyperlink button.
  3. NES certification code printed on your receipt. Enter this code to proceed.
  4. Read all the sweepstakes rules and privacy policy and proceed.
  5. Series a simple questions regarding your last visit to HEB will appear on the screen.
  6. Thank you time and answer all these questions honestly.
  7. Write any additional feedback in the comments.
  8. Enter your contact details if you want to enter the monthly and quarterly drawing.
  9. You have now completed the survey.
