  2. You’ll see a lot of choices of mediation of work disputes to worker’s recognition.
  3. Click on ‘Kiosk’ option.

  5. Once the page opens, enter your login credentials.
  6. Next click on ‘Login’ button.

  1. After login in your account, click on “My Money” option.
  2. On the left, click on “Pay” option.

Q.1 Where is my check?

Go to JCPenney official portal and log into your Associate Kiosk to view your paycheck stub.

Make sure paycheck option says ‘Advice’ or ‘Check’. Because it will determine whether it is a paper check or a direct bank deposit.

Q.2 What to do if I just received my paycheck, but the deductions are wrong?

If you have received a salary, but the deduction is incorrect, you must call the JCPenney Benefits Center at 1-888-890-8900 and ask for health and insurance.

Q.3  What to do if I am unable to use the Associate Kiosk and I am not on a leave of absence?

JCPenney Home Office associates should call 972-431-6900. While at all other locations, call JCPenney Shared Services at 1-800-879-1111

Q.4 What to do if my balance of MTO/PTO is wrong and my working hours are wrong, or I question how they got that value?

In such a case, you are required to view the information on the MTO/PTO programs that you can download from the Benefits Library in the JCPenney Benefits website.
