  • You must have the receipt of your last payment to the Taco Bell containing an invitation for the survey.

Steps to take the survey

  2. The survey is available in 2 languages- English and Spanish. Choose the language you prefer.
  3. Enter store code, date and time in appropriate boxes. All of these are printed on the receipt.
  4. Rate your satisfaction from 5 points.
  5. A series of simple questions will appear on the screen.
  6. Take your time and answer these honestly.
  7. Answer if you ever had a problem, if yes, was it resolved and so on.
  8. Answer if you will recommend the restaurant to others as well.
  9. Explain everything by typing in the appropriate box.
  10. Questions about specific items will appear. Answer them as well.
  11. Select if you want to enter the drawing or not.
  12. You have now completed the survey.
