Before the survey
- Since it is a digital survey, one must have access to a phone or a laptop with internet access to be able to fill the survey.
- This survey is only available in English and Spanish. So, one must know how to speak either English or Spanish in order to fil this survey
- You must have the receipt of your last payment to Walmart.
- Be 18 years or older in age.
Steps to take the survey
- Go to Walmart official survey website.
- Select the language you prefer- English or Spanish.
- Read all the rules carefully.
- Enter your zip code.
- Enter if you have family working in Walmart.
- Type your year of birth.
- Enter whether you have the Walmart survey invitation or not.
- Enter the store number, ID number, your time of arrival at the store and the reason for your visit. The stone number is printed on the receipt itself.
- Select the department you visited. Check multiple boxes if that was the case.
- A series of simple questions will appear on the screen regarding your experience at Walmart.
- Take a time and answer these questions honestly.
- If you have something else to add, write it in the comments section.
- Enter the demographic information that is asked.
- Read the sweepstakes and acknowledgement.
- Enter your contact details only if you wish to be a part of the drawing.
- You have now completed the survey.
