Before the survey

  • Since it is a digital survey, one must have access to a phone or a laptop with internet access to be able to fill the survey.
  • This survey is only available in English and Spanish. So, one must know how to speak either English or Spanish in order to fil this survey
  • You must have the receipt of your last payment to the Arbycontaining an invitation for the survey.

Steps to take the survey

  1. Go to Arby’s official survey website.
  2. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. Select the language you prefer.
  3. There is a 4 digit number ond date printed in your receipt. Enter this code on the appropriate box.
  4. Enter the time of day you visited Arby’s and if your order was accurate or incomplete.
  5. Click on START button.
  6. A series of simple questions appear on the screen regarding the experience at Arby’s.
  7. Take your time and answer these questions honestly.
  8. If you have additional feedback, write it in the comments section.
  9. Then you can enter in the lucky draw.
  10. Enter the information asked to enter the draw.
  11. You have now completed the survey.
