  2. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. Select the language you prefer.
  3. There is a 4 digit store number printed in your receipt. Enter this code in the appropriate box.
  4. Click the NEXT button.
  5. There is a 15 digit survey code printed at the bottom of your receipt. Enter this code to start the survey.
  6. A series of simple questions appear on the screen regarding the experience at Arby’s.
  7. Take your time and answer these questions honestly.
  8. If you have additional feedback, write it in the comments section.
  9. Some questions like gender and age will be asked at the end for classification purposes.
  10. You have now completed the survey.
  11. You will recieve a validation code.
