Before the survey

  • Since it is a digital survey, one must have access to a phone or a laptop with internet access to be able to fill the survey.
  • You must have the receipt of your last payment to the Culver’s containing an invitation for the survey.
  • One must be 18 years or older.
  • One must either know English or Spanish.

Steps to take the survey

  1. Go to IHOP’s official survey website.
  2. The survey is in 2 languages- English and Spanish. Choose the language you prefer.
  3. There is a survey code printed on your receipt. Enter it in the appropriate box.
  4. Click on the NEXT button.
  5. A series of simple questions will appear on the screen regarding your experience at Culver’s.
  6. Take your time and answer all the questions honestly.
  7. Write additional feedback in the textbox.
  8. You will now receive a validation code which will avail you various offers.
  9. You have now completed the survey.
