Before the survey

  • Since it is a digital survey, one must have access to a phone or a laptop with internet access to be able to fill the survey.
  • You must have the receipt of your last payment to Raising Cane containing an invitation for the survey.
  • One must be 18 years or older.
  • The survey is only available in two languages- English and Spanish. So one must be well versed in either of the two languages in order to complete the survey.

Steps to take the survey

  1. Go to Raising Cane’s official survey website
  2. Select the language that you prefer.
  3. There is a 16 digit survey code printed on your receipt. Enter this code in the appropriate box.
  4. A series of simple question we will appear on the screen regarding your experience at Raising Cane.
  5. Read the directions carefully before answering each question.
  6. Take your time and answer all the questions honestly.
  7. Write additional feedback in the textbox.
  8. Enter your contact details to enter the drawing.
  9. You have now completed the survey.
